These CNC ICV elbows replace your stock ICV elbow. The original elbow is press fit from the factory and loosens over time. Once loose, you end up with a vacuum leak — and up until these, there was no great way to solve the problem. Most people try a glob of JB Weld or silicone; it eventually fails again and risks material ingestion.
The CNC units use two Viton o-rings to produce a reliable and serviceable seal.
I initially made one for my own use, and many asked that I do a larger run — and I have, 100 units to be exact. Once sold through, I’m unlikely to be making any more, so grab one now if you want one.
