CNC Throttle Body Booster Side Elbows – Fix for vacuum leak E30 M20 engines

These CNC booster side throttle body elbows replace your stock elbow. The original elbow is press fit from the factory and loosens over time. Once loose, you end up with a vacuum leak — and up until these, there was no great way to solve the problem. Most people try a glob of JB Weld or silicone; it eventually fails again and risks material ingestion.

The CNC units use two Viton o-rings to produce a reliable and serviceable seal.

I initially made one for my own use, and many asked that I do a larger run — and I have, 100 units to be exact. Once sold through, I’m unlikely to be making any more, so grab one now if you want one.

Most M20 E30s run two elbows; some later-production M20s ran only one. We recommend sticking with your preexisting setup — if your car currently has two, order the pair; if it currently has one, order the single. Single orders are sent in one of the two orientations at random, as orientation does not matter on cars that only run one.
