A great video from spain showing exactly how to rebuild an M20 head and how to install it back on the block.
Three things I would recommend doing differently from the video:
1. Always send the head out to the machinist to check for warping and cracks instead of trying to do it yourself. Even a light resurface is worth doing!
2. Use thread chasers, not taps as shown in the video to clean the threads. Taps cut material, while chasers are designed to clean existing threads.
3. The rubber oil stoppers installed at 25:47 should be flipped around with the wide part being inside the head not outside.
4. The guys in the video forgot to install the oil pipe running from end to end on the head (Part #3, part number 11421265376):
