Inevitably if you own any car long enough, it will likely blow a fuse, and it may blow it again and again because of an underlying problem.

Resettable automotive fuses are a great tools in chasing a problem, as you can trouble shoot and not have to pay nor reinstall a new fuse every time it pops.

For those willing to invest in changing all of their fuses, they are also a great preventive upgrade for any car. It allows you not to have to worry about carrying backup fuses. Even more so, if you have a fuse that is critical to the operation of the car, and it keeps popping every few minutes, it can make the difference between driving your car home or being stranded.

E30’s and most cars use “regular” fuses, but be aware, especially for newer cars, to pay attention to your type of fuse size, and to order resettable fuses as required.
